    Discovery and Scope

    Site visits, scope workshops, and risk identification before any numbers are committed. We understand the brief fully before we price it.

    Step 02

    Investigation and Design Alignment

    Soil data, structural assumptions, and architectural intent locked before mobilisation. No surprises underground.

  3. 03

    Step 03

    Method and Mobilisation

    Method statements, equipment plans, and safety briefings issued to every crew lead before a single machine moves to site.

    Step 04

    Execution and Inspection

    Hold points for all critical works including piles, cores, waterproofing, and structural connections. Nothing is buried without sign-off.

    Step 05

    Handover and Documentation

    As-built records, test reports, and full snag closure before keys transfer. The client receives a complete project file, not just a building.
